NW RYE

Originally distilled in Middleton, Wisconsin, NW Rye is a blend of 8- and 9-year-old high-corn rye—sometimes known as “Maryland-Style”—put into barrels at a relatively low proof. This whiskey spent three years aging before we found it. From there, we brought it to Seattle, where it spent more than an additional five years aging in our distillery, just steps from the Salish Sea.
